THE TRUSTEE FOR THE GRAMPIANS TRUST in Hobart, TAS, seeks a trade-qualified Chef with 3+ years’ experience to join a busy, creative kitchen. You’ll work alongside the Head Chef and may run the kitchen on days off, delivering high-quality, à la carte dining in a vibrant venue.

Expect a hands-on role with solid teamwork, attention to detail, and input into menu planning. All applicants must have Australian working rights and be prepared for a National Police Check.
