Accor's flagship Novotel Canberra hotel is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team on a full-time basis. You will support the Executive and Sous Chefs in delivering exceptional culinary experiences while upholding food quality, safety and kitchen operations.

You will own your section and mentor junior team members to ensure smooth service. The role requires experience in grill and hot pan sections in a high-volume kitchen, robust organizational skills and a genuine passion
