BlueCare Community Nursing in Queensland seeks a Registered Nurse to provide person-centred care to clients in their homes across the Macleay and Russell Islands and surrounding areas.

You will assess, plan and implement client care within your scope, consider physical, social and psychological needs, create and update care plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to maintain clinical quality while visiting clients on the road daily.
