Local Kitchen Co is seeking a part time HR Business Partner to support managers across kitchen operations, retail, logistics and support functions. You’ll provide practical HR advice, help with recruitment, onboarding and performance conversations, and embed HR policies into daily practice.

You’ll work closely with management, ensuring employment conditions and WHS considerations are right sized for our busy operational environment, with regular time at our sites to connect with teams.
