RSPCA Queensland is seeking a Customer Care Officer to join our frontline team. You will respond to public enquiries, handle urgent rescue reports, and capture information accurately to enable the right action. The role requires empathy, calm judgement, and a compassionate approach under pressure.

You may engage with distressed callers and support the Inspectorate teams across states. Rostered shifts from 7am to 7pm across weekdays, weekends and public holidays; casual, part time and full-time
