Neilson Financial Services is seeking a Customer Care Agent to join our Australian team. You’ll be the voice for policyholders, handling inbound and outbound calls and a range of post-sales requests with accuracy and empathy.

You’ll work in a quick-paced contact centre, meet productivity and quality targets, and maintain compliant records while updating policy details and processing changes.
