We’re seeking a motivated casual HDR Program Support Officer to assist with candidature administration, milestone tracking and high-quality support for HDR candidates and supervisors. You’ll help manage key processes across admissions, enrolments, variations, examinations and completions, while providing responsive customer service and accurate record-keeping

This role suits someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, confidence using enterprise systems, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a busy team.

This position is based in Townsville and requires on-campus attendance. Current JCU students are not eligible to apply.
