Neilson Financial Services is seeking a Customer Care Agent in Sydney to deliver exceptional service to policyholders. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, emails and post-sales requests with accuracy and empathy.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven contact centre. Life insurance knowledge is advantageous but not required; training is provided.
