Lyra Technology Group’s Secom Technology division in Kingsgrove, Sydney is hiring an IT Service Desk Engineer. You’ll be the first line of IT support, resolving issues, logging tickets, and providing excellent customer service to clients.

You’ll troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, AD, and basic network issues, with opportunities to grow in a growing MSP workplace and collaborate with leading clubs and venues across Australia.
