As a Client Service Officer , you'll be the first point of contact for our clients and Trade Partners. You'll take each job from the first request through to completion, match the right tradesperson to the work, and make sure it's done safely, on time and to a high standard.

About the Role

You'll join our Service Team, the hub that keeps clients, trades and our internal team working as one. Day to day, you'll be:

Answering client requests by phone, email and online portals, and working out exactly what's needed

Prioritising jobs based on urgency and safety

Matching the right Trade Partner to each job and scheduling the work

Making sure every tradesperson is licensed, insured and safety-ready before work starts

Organising quotes and approvals

Keeping clients updated from start to finish, so there are no surprises

Checking completed work meets our quality standards

Spotting problems early and finding solutions

About You

Experience in customer service, coordination, scheduling or administration

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
