- Document Management: Organize and maintain business documents such as proposals, presentations, NDAs, letters of intent, and partner files in a secure, structured system.
- Partner & Contact Tracking: Maintain an organized database or CRM of investors, distributors, trading partners, and leads, keeping notes and statuses up to date.
- Research Support: Conduct research on potential partners, distributors, markets, and companies to support business development decisions.
- Social Media & Online Presence: Manage and maintain the company’s business social media accounts,

especially LinkedIn, by creating and scheduling professional content that builds credibility with an international audience.
- Marketing Support: Assist with digital marketing initiatives that support business development and partnership opportunities.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive business, financial, and partner information with the highest level of discretion.

- At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role supporting a business owner, founder, or senior executive.
- Excellent written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate professionally with international investors and partners.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with experience managing calendars across different time zones.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365, plus tools such as Canva, Zoom, and project or CRM platforms.
- Experience managing business social media accounts, particularly LinkedIn, is a strong plus.
- Proactive and resourceful, able to anticipate needs and work independently with minimal supervision.
