We’re looking for an organised and customer-focused Service Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our Service Centre.

Working closely with our Service Manager, technicians, Parts and other internal teams, you’ll help coordinate service jobs, maintain accurate records, keep customers informed and ensure completed work is processed efficiently. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys keeping things organised, solving problems and helping a team deliver great customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Responding to customer enquiries, book service jobs and prepare job cards and service documentation.

Maintain accurate job information, service records and customer communications.

Liaise with technicians, Parts, Sales and Administration to coordinate work and keep information flowing.

Process completed jobs for invoicing and assist with customer payments, repairs and collection or delivery arrangements.

Maintain equipment servicing, calibration and other relevant records and documentation.

Provide administrative support to the Service Manager, including reporting, parts coordination and following up outstanding tasks.





What You’ll Bring

Previous experience in administration, customer service, a workshop or a technical workplace will be highly regarded.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.

Confidence using administrative systems and digital tools.

A proactive, team-focused approach and a willingness to learn.
