Lumiere Foundation is seeking experienced Youth Workers to support young people living in Out-of-Home Care with Interactive Community Care. You will be employed by Lumiere Foundation and work on-site with ICCare’s residential care services.

You will help young people build life skills, confidence, and resilience while maintaining a secure, structured and supportive environment through individualized care plans and proactive intervention when needed.
