Cowboys Leagues Club is seeking an enthusiastic andexperienced Supervisor to lead our team in Star Graze - Bar and Gaming .
As the social home of the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys, this is the opportunity to join a team with real growth and career progression. The role is full time and plays an essential part in ensuring the highest quality customer services are provided to all guests and members to our club.

Key responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer care at every touch point

Lead a small team of staff and oversee daily tasks to ensure smooth operations

Operate point-of-sale system and manage reporting responsibilities

Assist patrons with gaming enquiries and membership transactions

Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report faults

Monitor gaming areas to ensure secure and compliant patron behaviour

Maintain a clean, organised and safe gaming, bar, dining and kids room environment for staff and patrons

Follow Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) and Club procedures

Follow Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Club procedures

About you

Proven supervisory experience in the hospitality environment with the ability to lead and inspire a team





Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory experience required

The ability to work a 3-week rotating roster, including mornings, nights and weekends.

A strong commitment to hygiene and safety in food service standards

Excellent food, beverage and gaming services and presentation skills

The ability to carry out duties in a timely and effective manner

Proven ability to work well under pressure and multitask

A strong track record of delivering outstanding customer service

Strong communication and organisational skills

Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) and Food Safety Certification OR willing to complete upon successful interview and pre-employment checks for this role.
