With an established presence in both Caboolture and Toowoomba, our business is continuing to grow, and we're expanding our Toowoomba team! We are currently seeking passionate Professionals to join our property management team as Residential Property Managers.
Qualifications and Responsibilities
- Holds a current QLD Real Estate Licence, a valid Driver’s Licence and has a reliable vehicle
- Is capable of managing a property portfolio of predominately new builds with professionalism and confidence
- Communicates calmly and clearly, even in busy or high-pressure situations
- Is proactive, organised, and detail oriented
- Is tech-savvy and comfortable with CRMs and digital tools
- Has strong problem-solving skills and can confidently manage maintenance issues and unexpected challenges
- Has robust customer service skills and can build positive relationships with landlords, tenants and tradespeople
- Understands the importance of legislation, compliance and accurate record-keeping
- Takes ownership of their responsibilities and follows tasks through to completion
- Works well independently while contributing to a supportive team setting
Salary : Competitive base salary (based on experience) + performance-based incentives.
