SWI Fencing is seeking a capable HR Coordinator to partner with managers and own the full employee lifecycle across Australia. Based at our Rhodes office, this full time role covers employee relations, recruitment, performance management, remuneration, HR systems and compliance with Australian employment laws. Travel to other sites may be required.
You’ll work independently with practical HR judgement in a fast-paced environment, delivering timely advice and supporting business needs.
