Crown Perth is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead the In-Room Dining kitchen in a high-volume hotel setting. You will supervise a team across multiple shifts, ensure dishes meet Crown's five-star standards, and drive safety, quality and guest satisfaction.

Working with the Chef de Cuisine, you will mentor staff, manage rostering and stock, and maintain exceptional service levels across all service periods while upholding Crown's high-performance culture.
