Black Market Roasters in Thirroul is seeking an ambitious Chef to join our kitchen. You’ll work with the Venue Manager to shape seasonal menus and run breakfast and lunch services, plus a bakery cabinet. You’ll be part of a close team that pitches in during busy periods and maintains a clean, safe kitchen.

Bring ideas to the board, test dishes, and help grow our food program on the coast. Full time role with a competitive salary and super.
