Platypus Shoes Ellenbrook is seeking an Assistant Manager to work alongside the Store Manager in a fast-paced retail setting. You will lead a passionate casual team, drive sales targets, coach staff, and uphold premium customer service and store standards.

You will develop leadership capability, manage rosters and wage spend, and ensure OH&S; compliance while fostering an energetic store culture and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
