Haigh's Chocolates is seeking a Chocolate Maker – Master Operator to join the Production team at Mile End. This permanent full-time role offers day shifts from Monday to Friday and involves learning the craft of transforming cocoa beans into premium chocolate.
You'll work with raw ingredients, traditional methods and up-to-date equipment, learning to roast, refine, blend and process chocolate while upholding food safety and quality standards.
