Central Gippsland Health Service in Gippsland VIC invites applications for a Koori Hospital Liaison Officer. You will support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients and families, ensuring culturally secure, respectful hospital journeys and advocating for appropriate care.

This role builds partnerships with local Aboriginal organisations, contributes to community engagement, and supports discharge planning while working within a multidisciplinary Social Health Team.
