Informa Connect Limited, a global events company, is seeking an Event Operations Coordinator to support the Australian International Boat Show (AIBS). Based at our Sydney office, you will help plan and execute on-site operations, coordinate exhibitors and contractors, and maintain WHS documentation and post-event records.

The role blends hands-on site work with administrative duties, requiring accuracy, clear communication, and calm, practical focus in a busy event setting.
