The work

- Take responsibility for allocated electrical installation and replacement jobs.
- Work across electrical, solar/battery and air-conditioning projects within your qualifications and licence scope.
- Solve practical problems, maintain quality and communicate when a decision or extra support is needed.
- Work independently, with an apprentice or as part of a larger team as the job requires.
- Keep the directors informed and take ownership of completing work properly.

What you’ll bring

- An electrical trade qualification and relevant current licences for the work you perform.
- The practical confidence to manage field jobs with appropriate support.
- A reliable, respectful approach and clear communication.
- Pride in your work and a willingness to learn from problems and put them right.

Experience in solar, batteries or split-system air conditioning is useful, but you don’t need to arrive with every skill across all three areas. Tell us what you can confidently do now and where you’d like to develop.
