What You'll Do

- Prepare and cook high-quality pizzas with consistency and attention to detail.

- Manage dough preparation, fermentation and stretching processes.

- Operate and maintain pizza ovens to ensure optimum product quality.

- Maintain food safety,



cleanliness and kitchen standards.

- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience as a Pizzaiolo or Pizza Chef.

- Solid knowledge of dough production, fermentation and pizza preparation.

- Experience with wood-fired or stone-deck ovens is highly regarded.

- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

- Passion for quality ingredients, great food and hospitality.

- Positive attitude, reliability and strong teamwork skills.
