Estia Health is seeking an IT Workplace Support Officer to deliver frontline operational support for workplace technology across our homes. You will handle desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripheral equipment, troubleshoot issues, and assist with nurse call and CCTV systems.

Ideal candidates show solid customer focus, experience with Microsoft 365, mobile platforms, printers, and security technologies, and can coordinate with vendors.
