Daracon Group is seeking an IT Support Officer to provide frontline IT support across offices and project sites. You will handle hardware, software and mobile device issues, manage service requests, and assist with Microsoft 365 tools and AD/Azure ID administration.
You will work in a Microsoft-centric setting, delivering high-quality customer service while contributing to ICT projects and documentation. A degree in IT/CS or related field, plus relevant certifications, are preferred.
