Scaffold Crews for Residential Construction

Shaba Scaffolding Group is seeking a scaffolding subcontractor and their crew, to erect, rectify, and dismantle scaffold structures on construction sites across metropolitan Melbourne. You will have engaged workers with a skills delivering quality scaffolding platforms and solutions to clients, liaising with office members and Senior Management to ensure assigned work is achieved on time.

Key responsibilities

- Erect, rectify, and dismantle scaffold structures
- Liaise with office members and Senior Management
- Maintain high adherence to OH&S; standards
- Communicate fluently with team members and stakeholders
- Use digital software provided for SWMS and Audits
- Achieve assigned work on time
- Demonstrate can do attitude and good work ethics
- Undertake weekend work as available

About you

- Public liability and work cover insurance
- Registered Australian company
- Australian Business Number (ABN)




- Crew of minimum 3 members
- Own transport
- All crew members must hold construction induction cards
- Leader must have a minimum of two years scaffolding experience
- Scaffolding ticket
