Crusader Caravans is an Australian owned manufacturing business that has built an outstanding reputation for high quality products and customer service excellence across its loyal and expanding customer base. We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Order Administrator to join our energetic team. This role is critical in ensuring sales orders are accurate, correctly priced and efficiently scheduled into production.

The Role

We are looking for a skilled and detailed order administrator to oversee and manage sales orders from initial review through to final approval and scheduling. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of product knowledge and customization.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as a key liaison between dealers, customers and internal teams
- Handle phone calls from internal and external customers, dealers regarding orders
- Review and analyse sales orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Confirm specifications, options, and custom furniture selections
- Ensure all orders are correctly approved prior to scheduling




- Schedule completed and approved orders into the master production schedule
- Prepare and finalise accurate pricing for all sales orders
- Maintain strong product knowledge across caravan components, options and custom features
- Resolve order discrepancies in a timely and professional manner

The Person

To be considered for this position you must possess the following:

- Previous experience in sales administration, order processing, or manufacturing administration
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse complex orders
- Confident communicator and experience dealing with customers and dealer networks
- Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Sound computer skills and experience in excel
- Experience or interest in the caravan RV, or manufacturing industry is highly regarded
