Life Without Barriers Education is hiring a Youth Worker in Newcastle to support students’ wellbeing, engagement and learning in a safe, inclusive and trauma-informed setting. The role runs full time, Monday to Friday, commencing January 2027, with campus staffing consisting of teachers and youth workers.

You will work with teaching staff to implement learning plans, run wellbeing initiatives, and build positive relationships with students and families, supported by probation and safety checks
