With a strong focus on precision and yield, we pride ourselves ondelivering top-grade primal cuts to our customers. We are currently looking for experienced skilledmeat worker to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities: Efficiently bone beef and calf carcasses to company standards Deliver clean, precise cuts with no slashing

Ensure proper trim and presentation of all cuts Maximize meat recovery and yield , especially on primal cuts Always maintain hygiene and food safety standards





Follow instructions from supervisors and work as part of a team Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness Requirements:

Proven experience boning beef and/or calf Excellent knife skills and attention to detail Ability to consistently deliver clean boning, accurate trimming, and maximum weight on primals

Understanding of meat processing hygiene and safety regulations Physically fit and able to work in a cold workplace Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
