The Role:

- Answering customer enquiries via phone and email
- Processing orders and assisting with quotes
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Providing product information and general customer support
- Data entry, invoicing, and general administration duties
- Assisting with daily office operations

- Reliable, organised, and professional approach
- Full Australian working rights
