Mobile Rehab in Stafford, Queensland, is seeking a Client Services Officer to join a tight-knit team delivering high-quality care. You will manage client onboarding, scheduling, and funding approvals, ensuring accurate records and responsive service in a rapid-paced environment.

You’ll collaborate with clinicians and funding bodies across NDIS, DVA, and private streams, maintain CRM data, and act as a trusted contact for clients and stakeholders, with empathy and professionalism.
