The International Sales Support role is the operational engine behind it, the person who makes sure our distributors around the world get their orders, their stock, their pricing, their marketing assets and their answers, on timeYou are the day-to-day point of contact for our international distributors and the connective tissue between them and our Supply Chain, Customer Service, Marketing and Finance teams. Commercial strategy, distributor negotiation and market entry decisions sit with the Director of Sales:### Key responsibilities-Oversee the processing, tracking and fulfilment of all international distributor orders, working with Supply Chain-Keep distributors updated on order status, shipping dates, back-orders and any changes, proactively rather than on request-Coordinate with warehouses and freight partners on despatch schedules and shipping documentation-Flag stock or allocation issues to the Director of Sales early,



with the relevant detail-Act as the first point of contact for international distributor enquiries and resolve them or route them to the right person-Issue monthly distributor communications — sales and marketing updates, deal sheets, launch information and pricing changes-Build and issue weekly and monthly international sales reports — orders, shipments, revenue against target by market-Maintain and issue international price lists, deal sheets and promotional offers as directed by the Director of Sales and CFO-Prepare and coordinate export documentation for international shipments with Supply Chain-Set up new distributor accounts and maintain distributor master data in our ERP and CRM### About you-Around 2 to 4 years in sales support, customer service, order management, export or logistics coordination, or account coordination-Highly organised and able to hold a lot of moving parts across multiple markets and time zones-Strong written communication skills-Comfortable with numbers and confident in Excel-ERP and CRM literate, or quick to learn a current system-Proactive and able to communicate problems before they are discovered-Calm, warm and professional under pressure-Export, freight or international experience is an advantage but not essential
