Curiosity Tree Early Education is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team. This is a work-from-home, part time role (16 hours/week) focused on end-to-end recruitment for our childcare centres, handling screening, interviews, and candidate communication.

You’ll report to the People & Culture Lead and own the candidate journey, offering flexibility to fit around school schedules and peak hiring periods.
