UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a Youth Worker to provide out-of-home care support in Bundaberg. The role focuses on trauma-informed, therapeutic care for children and young people in residential settings, using the CARE model and contributing to stable, nurturing environments.

You will complete reports, build robust relationships with families and communities, and participate in paid professional development such as TCI, CARE, and the Three Pillars of transforming care.
