Be Recruitment Group is seeking a counsellor to join an established community services organisation in Western Sydney. The role covers relationship counselling, family and couples work, with some home-based and on-site days.

The position is in office four days a week with one day from home for paperwork and remote sessions; travel is minimal. The contract runs until June 2028 with potential renewal and SCHADS Level 4 pay plus super.
