Regional Australia Bank, now joined with Summerland Bank, invites expressions of interest for Customer Advisor roles in our Contact Centre. Roles can be based at Lismore, Armidale, Port Macquarie or Warners Bay, offering a permanent full time position with a 75-hour fortnight roster including Saturday mornings.

You will handle everyday banking enquiries across phone and digital channels, including transactions, card support, digital banking, referrals, and fraud awareness, in a supportive team
