cba is seeking a Desktop Support Technician in the Sydney CBD to deliver end-user IT support across NSW and regional sites. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, hardware/software maintenance, and solid customer service skills. Travel to regional sites will be necessary.

You will support a range of devices and software, including Windows and macOS, and collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Prior MSP or customer-facing IT experience is advantageous.
