Scope is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a Supported Independent Living home in Goulburn. You will lead one SIL residence, empower Support Workers, and ensure high-quality person-centred support for clients with psychosocial disabilities.

You’ll drive productive processes, promote safety, and act quickly to address issues so clients progress toward independence and personal interests. The role reports to the Cluster Manager and requires a cooperative, stable on-site presence with
