Mandala Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Chef to lead kitchen operations in our property, delivering high-quality meals and guest experiences across breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week.

You will be responsible for menu planning, food preparation, stock management and staff rostering, while upholding food safety, hygiene and WHS standards in a fast-paced setting. A hands-on, proactive team player with strong communication will thrive here.
