Babylon Sydney is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen team. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will help lead the kitchen across busy services, ensuring food quality, presentation and kitchen standards are consistently maintained.

The role requires a hands-on leader with solid kitchen management skills and the ability to motivate a busy crew. Immediate availability and a passion for high-volume service are essential.
