Tile Factory Outlet in Sydney, NSW is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers in-store. You will present and sell products, process quotations and orders, and build professional relationships with clients.

The role requires at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace. A rotating weekend roster is involved, with on-site parking and growth opportunities.
