We are Buttr - a creative performance agency that helps eComm brands grow fast through bold creative and paid media. We work with some of the most exciting brands in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle, and we’re looking for a switched-on Account Executive to help us manage, grow, and delight our client base.

This is a client-facing, commercially driven role perfect for someone who wants to learn fast, take ownership, and grow into a strategic client partner over time.

What You'll Be Doing

- Supporting the day-to-day management of client accounts (mostly retainer-based)
- Coordinating between clients and internal teams (performance, creative, strategy)
- Preparing and presenting performance reports, decks, and updates
- Sitting in on client calls, managing agendas, and capturing key actions
- Helping write proposals and assisting in upsell conversations
- Keeping projects running smoothly - timelines, expectations, outcomes
- Being the point of contact for client questions, follow-ups, and deliverables

Who You Are

You’re a clear communicator, a fast learner, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You don’t need to have all the answers - but you’re curious, reliable, and take initiative when something needs to get done.

- Has 1–2+ years of agency or account management experience (or strong interest in it)
- Communicates clearly, professionally,



and with confidence
- Is commercially aware - you understand the connection between creative, media, and business outcomes
- Is organised and detail-oriented - you don’t let things slip
- Thrives in high-performance teams and wants to grow fast
- Cares about the work - and wants to be close to great creative and excellent strategy
