Cater Care is seeking an experienced Workplace Relations Advisor to partner with leaders across our Australian business. This is a permanent part time opportunity of approximately 28 hours per week, with hybrid working and flexible hours to suit life balance.

You will advise on performance matters, investigations, grievances and industrial instruments, shaping practical, commercially minded HR solutions. Growth opportunities abound within a supportive team.
