Dakabin Hotel, part of The Comiskey Group, is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join our kitchen leadership team in a $35 million venue. You will help lead a high-volume, two-kitchen operation delivering modern Australian cuisine with Asian influences and a energetic team culture.

Work closely with the Head Chef to drive daily operations, elevate food quality and maintain high standards while mentoring the kitchen brigade in a fast-paced environment.
