SMEC is inviting graduates to join its Graduate Development Program in North Sydney. You will contribute to real rail and metro infrastructure projects from day one, learning from senior engineers and technical specialists within a mentored GDP framework.

The two-year program focuses on hands-on project experience, structured learning, and exposure across teams and disciplines, with ongoing development beyond the GDP and opportunities for further study.
