Job Description

Join Our Growing Team at Curiosity Tree

Curiosity Tree Early Education is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team and help us find the right people for our growing network of centres. This is a work-from-home role, perfect for a skilled recruiter who wants genuine flexibility without stepping away from a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.

Reporting to our People & Culture Lead, you’ll own the end-to-end candidate experience — from first screen through to offer — and be the friendly, professional face of Curiosity Tree throughout every candidate’s journey.

Why You’ll Love Being Part of Curiosity Tree

- 100% work from home — permanent part-time role
- Great hourly rate + commission
- Mobile phone eSIM provided (handset not included)
- 16 hours per week, spread over 4 days, with scope to increase to 20 hours during peak periods
- Flexible hours — work around school drop-offs and pick-ups
- Supportive, collaborative People & Culture team who listen and appreciate you

What You’ll Be Doing

- Screening resumes and matching candidates to roles across our childcare centres
- Recommending shortlisted candidates to centre and senior management
- Coordinating face‑to‑face interviews onsite with management
- Managing pre‑employment checks and closing out job vacancies once filled
- Being the main point of contact for candidates, keeping communication prompt, warm and professional

What You Bring

- A minimum of 3 years’ recruitment experience, ideally hiring several people a week in a high‑volume environment
- Childcare or teaching sector experience (highly regarded)
- Prior experience using Employment Hero (advantageous)
- A home office with a computer capable of running Teams video calls
- Flexibility to conduct the odd 15‑minute screening interview in the evening, if needed
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple roles and candidates at once
- A current Blue Card (Working With Children), or willingness to obtain one, as this is an industry standard requirement

About You

We’re looking for a Recruiter who is:

- Passionate about finding the right people for the early education sector
- Warm, positive and reliable, with a genuine interest in people
- A confident communicator who keeps candidates informed and valued
- Organised and able to manage multiple roles and candidates at once
- A great team player who enjoys working closely with centre management
- Excited to bring energy and professionalism to every candidate’s experience

Ready to Grow With Us?

This is your chance to join a growing organisation, play a key role in building our teams, and make a real impact on the families and children we care for. If you’re excited to help build a warm, connected, and inspiring community, we’d love to meet you!
