Noosa Auto Group is seeking a highly motivated full time Service Advisor to join our service team at our Mazda & Hyundai Site. Noosa Auto Group is a long-established family-owned business on the Sunshine Coast. Due to the ongoing growth of the business, we have the need to expand the service department. We are seeking a highly motivated full time Service Advisor to join our team.

The role will Include:

Developing and maintaining relationships with customers

Assisting customers with enquiries and bookings

Providing quotes for vehicle services and repair's

Invoicing of completed repairs

Maintaining accurate customer information

Ensuring all policies and procedures are always followed.

Required skills:

Have excellent communication skills.

Be driven, ambitious and hardworking.

Have a happy and positive attitude.

To be able to work in a high paced team workplace.

Basic IT skills required

Basic automotive industry knowledge preferred to support customer interactions and service recommendations.
