Centacare Catholic Family Services in Mount Gambier seeks a Case Manager for the EASE program to deliver trauma-informed, early intervention case management to victim-survivors across the Limestone Coast. You will provide face-to-face, community-based support tailored to diverse backgrounds and circumstances.

You will empower clients to enhance safety and wellbeing through timely advocacy, connections to services, and cooperative work with the Team Leader and Community Development Worker.
