Azora Finance Group is seeking an experienced hardship officer to support consumer portfolios, focusing on customers in financial difficulty and providing appropriate solutions. The role involves inbound and outbound calls, assessing financial positions, and arranging repayment solutions.

You will collaborate with the Collections Manager to identify hardship, and support the Collections Team to minimise delinquency and losses.
